Where do the tours start and end?

One of our dedicated, fully licenced drivers will pick you up in Belfast City Centre. ​

Please note, while pick up and drop off in Belfast City Centre is included in our fee, we are able to pick up in other locations if requested.  Additional charges may apply that we'll make you aware of at time of booking.

Are the Taxicabs wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all of our cabs are wheelchair accessible and can hold up to 6 passengers. 

If you have any individual needs you'd like us to be aware of, please let us know at the time of booking.

How do I pay?

All of our drivers will take cash on the day of your trip.  If you'd prefer not to deal in cash, please let us know and we will supply an invoice at the time of booking for payment in advance - whichever is easiest for you!

 

How long do the tours last?

Most tours are 90 minutes long, excluding our North Coast Tour.  This is 90 minutes upon arrival at the North Coast, but please allow 6 hours for the journey in total.

 

I want to see something specific I don't see advertised?

While all of our tours have been carefully selected with your best experience in mind, if there's something in Belfast or the surrounding areas that you'd love to visit, but don't see advertised, just drop us an email and we can discuss a private, customised tour to suit you.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

As much as we believe Belfast is the best city to visit, the weather doesn't always agree. It's common for multiple seasons to appear during the same week; so come prepared.  A warm, showerproof coat is advised, but don't worry - if you don't want to brave the elements, you're welcome to stay warm and dry inside the cab!
